These products are carefully inspected and repaired before being donated to charitable organizations and humanitarian institutions for distribution to refugees and individuals in dire need.

As for sending new products, they are shipped from our main facility in China. We ensure that all new products undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped to our valued customers.
